Please complete the following form to apply for or renew your PDMI membership
Contributions to section 501(c)(6) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s federal income tax return. They may be deductible as trade or business expenses if ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayer’s business. Please seek the advice of a certified public accountant (CPA).
Once approved, your PDMI membership is good for 12 months from the date of your membership application submission. Your membership will officially expire on the following year’s final day of the month that you joined (ex: if your membership application was received on Dec. 2, 2020, your membership will expire on Dec. 31, 2021).
Credit card-paid membership dues are processed by the PDMI's processing partner, Authorize.net — a Better Business Bureau A+ rated credit card processing service.
